Agree that 416-CRUISES (1368039 ONTARIO INC.) holds no responsibility and cannot be held liable if there are any problems arising from the catering. This includes Quantities, Quality or any other problems including allergic reaction/s and/or food poisoning.
Moreover, any accident or injury sustained by the outside caterer and their staff, and/or any injuries to the
416-CRUISES staff or guests caused by the catering company are the sole responsibility of the client.
THE CLIENT AGREES TO
1.Have food prepared prior to coming to the boat.
2.INFORM the caterer of the stipulations of this agreement (i.e. serving utensils, galley usage)
3.Ensures the caterer calls the sales rep with menu details and requirements TWO weeks prior to the cruise.
4.Bring all serving utensils including chafing dishes
5.Complete all food service, INCLUDING clean up of the Buffet area and any area used by the caterer prior to the end of the cruise.
6.The caterer also agrees to remove all their garbage from the boat.
7.The washing of pots and pans may not be done on board.
THE CLIENT SUPPLIES
1.Chafing dishes and inserts, if required.
2.Sterno with wicks (For safety reasons, Gel sterno is not allowed).
3.Pots, Pans and all Serving utensils.
4.Plates, Knives, Forks, Spoons, Napkins and any other items required by the client for their meal service.
5.All condiments (Salt & Pepper, Butter etc).
6.Coffee, Tea, Cups, Sugar, Milk and Cream and Coffee/Tea Maker.
7.Extension Cords.
GALLEY USE
Should you require use of the Galley, you must notify your sales rep a minimum of TWO (2) Weeks prior to your cruise.
In addition you will be required to pay a fee for the use of the Galley and a damage deposit (separate from and in addition
to the fee for Galley use).
PLEASE NOTE
It is your responsibility as the Client to make sure everything you will need to service your guests has been ordered, and your sales rep has been notified of your arrangements to ensure a smooth running event.
